Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. Name of the scheme: BMS Silver Saving Scheme.
  2. 2. Members can enroll for any deposit scheme starting with a minimum monthly installment of Rs. 1500/- or more (in the multiples of 500/-) for a period of 15 months.
  3. 3. There is no fixed enrolment date. A customer can become a member on any day he/she desires.
  4. 4. Any existing member can enroll in multiple schemes.
  5. 5. Customer KYC is must to avail the scheme membership.
  6. 6. Any Online Payment/Bank Charges will be beared by the customers.
  7. 7. Monthly Installments should be paid on or before 10th of every month.
  8. 8. Criteria for earning the discounts are applicable to members who will pay all their monthly installments in time without defaulting on any month.
  9. 9. Payment can be made either in cash at our store or even by any online payment options available in the app.
  10. 10. At the time of redemption, the membership card has to be surrendered by verifying using OTP or it will be deemed to be cancelled once the redemption is done.
  11. 11. Receipts will be issued for every deposit. The same shall also reflect in the membership card in the app
  12. 12. Any discrepancies in the card entries or the receipts should be bought to management's notice within 7 days of entry.
  13. 13. In case of any default/delay in the payments will further postpone the redemption date accordingly to the delayed period.
  14. 14. However, in case to discontinuation of the scheme in between, by any member, the redemption of only the invested amount, into silver Articles / Legchains will be possible and that too only after the scheme period gets over. Any rewards or discounts shall not be applicable to schemes stopped in between by the member.
  15. 15. The maturity date (redemption date) shall be after 30 days of the date of last successful installment/deposit.
  16. 16. The monthly investment schemes are valid only for Silver Articles/Legchain purchase and not for any cash, refund, coins, ingots or bullion.
  17. 17. Making charges will be applicable on Special / Imported / Gold Polish/Antique Items.
  18. 18. Delivery of Jewellery is subject to government taxes.
  19. 19. You must compulsorily close "BMS Silver Saving Scheme "scheme within 630 days from the date of opening your account.
  20. 20. All disputes are subject to Tamilnadu State Jurisdiction.
  21. 21. The scheme cannot be clubbed with any other schemes run by our company.
  22. 22. Management has all the rights to accept/reject any application without any application without any reason & has the right to modify any terms & conditions without any prior notice.
  23. 23. Any dispute will be subjet to madras high court jurisdiction & any rules and regulation can be changed according to any changed in government act. decision of the company will be final and binding.
